I have no personal experience with the app, but even if it does you can always change individual permissions on a per-app basis on your phone.

A friend who is an in-home CNA was talking about something similar (it may be the same, I didn’t catch the name) and she refused to use it because it was so invasive. If I remember correctly there was a state law that said something like companies couldn’t require that much personal information from a personal device. If it was on a work issued device it was fine but if it was your personal device you had a legal say. I would check my employment contract and state regulations.
