I am using Zoho One for my solo operation. Can’t speak to having 5-6 users collaborating but it seems like the functionality is there. There are things I don’t like, but it’s already saving me money over my previous Quickbooks subscription plus whatever I would have paid for Zapier and my forms tool and a CRM and project management. I couldn’t find any of those that I liked, much less wanted to pay for. Still using Office 365 for now. That’s one I don’t want to give up, even though Zoho technically could do the job. I wish everything was all contained in one comprehensive app, but having all the apps so well integrated is really handy and being able to set custom domains for forms and dashboards is a nice bonus too. So my clients see my invoices from my website, not Zoho’s. Quick books didn’t have that. And I find new features all the time, like Zoho Social for posting across multiple platforms, or the live chat widget I was able to add to my website. And there are a ton more I don’t use (yet).

Why not check out zoho forums? They also have case-studies and youtube clips of actual use. Most products have their own case studies. According to [https://lauriemccabe.com/2019/01/30/heading-towards-a-shake-up-the-cloud-business-apps-market-according-to-zoho/](https://lauriemccabe.com/2019/01/30/heading-towards-a-shake-up-the-cloud-business-apps-market-according-to-zoho/) Zoho has over 331.000 subscription payers. Mainly small businesses. Looking for businesses that are a bit bigger you may concentrate on products for specialised roles. CRM, Manageengine, workdrive, forms. Also check out companies that have presented at zoholics events and check out individuals or companies that offer services helping other companies implement zoho CRM etc.

I’m having the same problem with taking the leap. They only have 12k companies using it. It’s all cloud based, what if it goes under? My first impression of it was, “Wow, this logo is terrible, it must be a small company” but then I saw all the features and it looks like it does everything I want it to. I’m Still nervous though!

I use it a lot. So I have it in place for companies that are 1-10 employees and 50-100. I was a huge salesforce user but this is so much nicer. Sure there are a few areas that need work but so far (3 years) its been an excellent tool. Support has been great and the customization part of it is what helps a lot. I can do almost whatever I want with it.

1 yr startup with 20ppl working on collaboration sales. It's a pain to get used to the new modules and get them working together correctly, but SO worth it. As an exec I spend less than 3 hrs a week on "admin". Edit*spelling from mobile

We use several apps from the Zoho One bundle and integrate some of them quite heavily with our systems. We use Zoho One for email and project management, support tickets, invoicing, subscription and order management. Some other apps are in evaluation. We are two people in my company. Zoho is great, improved a lot over the last years. Learning it was not always easy, but worth it. Besides that their support answers fast and was always able to help. Can definitely recommend!
